Java Times Caffe is seeking highly qualified licensee candidates that have a passion for coffee and are hard-working, self-motivated, willing to work as a team, dedicated to the work on a full time basis, and have a willingness to follow the guidelines and policies as set forth by the company. Licensees must also have the financial means to enable them to invest in a Java Times Caffe franchise as well as maintain a healthy operation, committing to at least one unit development plan, with a minimum of two stores (dependent upon the market area).
